STGMS includes a pre-configured Java environment. The application is not dependent on browser configuration, which makes using STGMS easier then most current web based applications.

If you cannot upgrade, please contact the Grants Administration Office (via email to gms_mail@stsci.edu or 410-338-4200) to discuss alternatives.
